Shipping costs (worldwide) are €5,-. For orders of €60,- or more, shipping is free! All order now have a tracking number.
All our t-shirts and hoodies are printed on demand. This means, we don't have any stock, but start printing after you've placed your order. Printing on demand is more environmentally friendly because we don't have to dispose unsold items from a large print run and the need to transport items from printers to storage facilities is reduced or eliminated.
After you've placed your order, it will be sent to production after 12 hours. In case you've made any mistakes in color or size, you can change your order by e-mailing us.
Production times are 1 - 3 business days, after which your order will be shipped.
Please note: currently, our Print Provider is handling the large backlog of orders with a limited number of employees due to safety restrictions of the Covid-19. The production currently might take up to 10 business days. Nevertheless, they have confirmed that their facility is working on full capacity in the given circumstances and your order should be shipped out in the nearest future. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order is shipped. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. However, we hope for your understanding in these crucial times.
We ship worldwide. Shipping times are as follow:
Europe: Shipping up to 5 - 7 business days
International: Shipping up to 10 - 30 business days
Please note: the production process has not been affected by the corona virus. However, shipping might be delayed in some parts of Europe and the USA as many governments have suspended air-travel.
- When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
- Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.
- Anna Carolina does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
- The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of Europe), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
- If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to us, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Anna Carolina.
- Anna Carolina is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.
- Anna Carolina cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
- Anna Carolina s not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.
