We do not accept returns or exchanges. In case you have received an incorrect or faulty product, we arrange a free of charge replacement.
You will need to provide the following for us to investigate:
- Order ID
- Pictures of the defect clearly visible
- Your comments
Refund/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase.
We do not issue replacements for:
- Lost orders with incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Products that were received as requested, however the customer wishes to have another size/color instead. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
- Garments being shorter/longer than in the sizing chart, if they correspond to set tolerance (+/- 1 inch - read more down below)
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Even though we provide accurate measurements for each garment size in the size chart, you may find that your particular garment differs slightly. It is a standard in the industry that garments sizes have something called tolerance. This means that the sizes can always run +/- 1 inch or +/- 2.5 cm. If it's more than that, we will send you a new item free of charge.
Change your order
Your order will be sent to production around 12 hours after you've confirmed your order. If you see that you'd made a mistake in sizing, please e-mail us as fast as possible so we can change the size in our system.
After you send an order to production, you cannot edit any details.
